Telephone Branch

Through our Telephone Branch, you can make queries and procedures related to the different financial services and Care Channels that AVANZ has made available to you.

Through the Automated Service System of our Telephone Branch, you can quickly carry out the following procedures, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

  • Blocking of debit or credit cards, token or account.
  • Unblocking of CCTB Digital user and/or PIN of your debit card.

Likewise, qualified customer advisors are available through our Telephone Branch to attend to your efforts from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
